Just for Fun

I was catching up on my friend Marla's blog over at Pak Adventures and came across this cute little fill-in-the-blank/meme.

We have some fairly interesting (and oddly coincidental) things in common, and I thought it would be fun to borrow her idea.

I am… a daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grand-daughter, niece, and friend
I want… for my back to finally feel better
I wish... my back would feel better
I'm not a fan of… ignorant people or rudeness
I miss… my independence
I fear… that my back will never be back to normal (seeing a pattern here?)
I feel… grateful to have such an amazing support system of family and friends
I hear… the muted sounds of MH's lullabye CD
I smell…Tide detergent on my freshly washed sheets
I crave… a good night's sleep/lots of hugs and kisses
I search… for a way to make everyone around me happy
I wonder…if all of this physical therapy is ever going to feel like it's working!
I regret… not getting in bed 3 hours ago to try and fall asleep
I love… my family
I care… about the feelings of others around me
I ache…for life to get back to normal
I always...am harder on myself than I probably should be
I dance… barely, but when I do, I get my geriatric groove on in our kitchen listening to MH's fave hits
I sing... at the top of my lungs, and not well!
I cry… at the drop of a hat these days
I don’t always... want to wake up when MH decides it's morning
I write… because it's therapeutic, and because I never want to forget the day to day things that make our life what it is
I never… want ANYONE to hurt my little girl
I listen… well. To anyone who can use an ear or a shoulder.
I need… to go to sleep
I am happy... that tomorrow is supposed to be a great beach day
